A set of 3 MG5 Centro Studio desk chairs designed by leaders of the Bauhaus movement of the 70s, Matt Stam and Marcel Breuer. Manufactured in Italy during the 1970s for Matteo Grassi. The cantilevered design by Matt Stam has to be one of the most duplicated/copied pieces of all time making these chairs that much more rare.

A rich and sturdy cognac belt leather make up the seat and back rest, with strong signs of a well aged patina throughout. Black tubular metal hold the frame with some signs of use along points of contact of the frame. Overall this set shows signs of heavy use in the leather and metal frame. With no structural damage these pieces of timeless history will be sure to be comfortable for the user and make a statement in the home for years to come!
